Hi, I'm Chiara Visconti di Modrone MS, CNS

I know what it’s like to feel the pressure of family history, unsettling health signs, and the fear that you’re not doing enough to protect your future. My own story began in my early 30s — subtle shifts in energy, stubborn weight changes, and brain fog that no amount of coffee could fix. Like many women, I was handed surface-level solutions by my doctor and left with more questions than answers.
